Some of the best restaurants are very close.

Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 40 minutes from Orlando and all of the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, this adorable beach house is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. This property has recently been professionally remodeled and decorated with beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.
This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has twin-over-full bunk beds for the kids. Linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

Summer special is from April-October $700 per week plus 12% tax ,$85 cleaning fee total charge .no security deposit required. You can pay through Vrbo but they do charge a extra fee

The Living Room has sofa with a full size pull out bed , A twin size 14 Inch mattress bed and a Brand new 60 inch flat screen TV. There is a washer/dryer on each floor and a game room with ping pong near the ocean front pool . chabad is two miles south strait down a1a and cocoa beach is six miles north.

It is 10 minutes from Port Canaveral and 45 minutes from the Orlando airport and theme parks. You will love being right on the beach!
