2020 Notice: The owners of Our Three Suns have installed a 14-foot-by-12-and-a-half-foot heated saltwater swimming pool, just in time for the 2020 rental season. The finished pool will feature a depth of four-foot. The exterior of the property will include new AZEK decking and railing.
Our Three Suns is a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath oceanfront house located one mile south of Garden City Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Six color TVs (cable, one 50-inch flat screen), six DVD players, telephone with free long distance calling (U.S. only), and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king, one queen, and one twin-sized bed, plus two twin-over-twin bunk bed sets, and one trundle. A playpen and high chair are available for infants and toddlers. Outdoor features include a 14-by-12.5-foot saltwater swimming pool, large oceanfront deck, sundeck, private beach access, two outdoor dressing rooms with separate showers, and ample parking for five to six vehicles. The swimming pool can be heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day when air temperatures are above 50°F. No smoking. No pets. Check-out maid service included. Linens included. Maximum occupancy: 14

Welcome to our piece of paradise! This Surfside Beach condo is our family’s beach getaway and now it can be yours too. This condo is a top 3rd floor end unit 1br/1ba with a living area, dining area, and a full kitchen. However, the best feature is the spacious balcony overlooking the ocean! In addition to the breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean, you will also enjoy private beach access and a beachfront swimming pool. Please feel free to use our basic beach supplies. We have 4 chairs, two umbrellas, and an assortment of beach toys.

This is a well maintained, first floor, two bedroom, two bath ocean view condo in a low-rise oceanfront building, with a spacious pool area and beautifully landscaped grounds. It is south of the Garden City pier. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic and sunsets over the inlet waterway.
One of the finest restaurants on the Grand Strand, Gulfstream Cafe is within walking distance. Indigo Wells and Indigo Creek Golf Clubs are minutes away. Wild Water and Wheels Park is also a short drive away. Enjoy the best seafood on the strand at the many restaurants (Bovine's, Drunken Jack's) of Murrells Inlet just minutes away. Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons, Hudson Flea Market are all nearby.

Not included to keep costs down for those that would rather bring their own!
Our condominium is located on the third floor with a large ocean front balcony. We have high speed wireless internet available for those of you who just can't leave your e-mail! There are two reserved parking spaces.
