Just 50 yards from the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and the wide, family friendly, sandy Litchfield Beach, our upscale and immaculate oceanfront 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Entering at the ground level, you’ll find the first of four bedrooms with a queen sized bed and its own private bath. Right outside the bedroom, there are steps leading to the main level featuring spacious, tastefully decorated and inviting living and dining areas and a fully equiped kitchen where you’ll, no doubt, be taken aback by the beautiful view of the ocean. Adjacent to these areas are both a screened porch and an open deck where you’ll be able to relax, catch some rays or enjoy the ocean breezes. For those of you who prefer the fall and winter months at the beach, there’s a gas fireplace on the main level, which will help keep your toes warm.

This is a well maintained, first floor, two bedroom, two bath ocean view condo in a low-rise oceanfront building, with a spacious pool area and beautifully landscaped grounds. It is south of the Garden City pier. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic and sunsets over the inlet waterway.
One of the finest restaurants on the Grand Strand, Gulfstream Cafe is within walking distance. Indigo Wells and Indigo Creek Golf Clubs are minutes away. Wild Water and Wheels Park is also a short drive away. Enjoy the best seafood on the strand at the many restaurants (Bovine's, Drunken Jack's) of Murrells Inlet just minutes away. Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons, Hudson Flea Market are all nearby.

2020 Notice: The owners of Our Three Suns have installed a 14-foot-by-12-and-a-half-foot heated saltwater swimming pool, just in time for the 2020 rental season. The finished pool will feature a depth of four-foot. The exterior of the property will include new AZEK decking and railing.
Our Three Suns is a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath oceanfront house located one mile south of Garden City Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Six color TVs (cable, one 50-inch flat screen), six DVD players, telephone with free long distance calling (U.S. only), and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king, one queen, and one twin-sized bed, plus two twin-over-twin bunk bed sets, and one trundle. A playpen and high chair are available for infants and toddlers. Outdoor features include a 14-by-12.5-foot saltwater swimming pool, large oceanfront deck, sundeck, private beach access, two outdoor dressing rooms with separate showers, and ample parking for five to six vehicles. The swimming pool can be heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day when air temperatures are above 50°F. No smoking. No pets. Check-out maid service included. Linens included. Maximum occupancy: 14

In addition to all the amenities that can be found throughout the beach community you will find many happy times at our beach house. There are 7 and 1/2 bedrooms. Three on the main floor. The Master quarters which is beach side and has a King bed, TV, tile bath, and separate area lavatories and closets . The other beach side bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath. the front bedroom has a double and a single bed and a private shower bath. Upstairs there are four beach side bedrooms that all have baths and a door to the outside balcony overlooking the deck and beach. The upstairs North bedroom has a queen bed and a single sleeper couch. This suite is also connected to single bedroom (1/2) which also doubles as a reading TV room that has a single sleeper couch and shares the bath with the North bedroom. The middle north bedroom has a full size and a twin bed. the middle south bedroom has two twin beds. The south bedroom has a queen bed.
