This is an ADULTS ONLY property situated in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac and completely secluded. This superb spacious luxury villa is beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standard with its own electrically heated pool perfect for a relaxing holiday.
This fully air-conditioned villa will accommodate 6 adults comfortably and all towels, linen and hair dryers are provided. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite facilities including walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds both with ample storage space. These two rooms share a bathroom which has both a shower and bath. Ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms as well as two outside. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer dispensing ice cubes and chilled water.

Our Villa is situated on Florida's Gulf coast, in a quiet residential area of Spring Hill.
Having three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equiped to a high standard with internet access to cater for your every need.
The 28x14 heated private beach style pool is maintained each week and is easily accessible for children and the elderly. Safety netting for the pool is provided. The outside lanai area has a table and 6 chairs, and 2 sunbeds, plus a BBQ.
