What we intend to become our retirement home in a few years, our 1300 sq. ft. home is on the Anclote River between the Greek Sponge docks and the Gulf.
Grill fresh fish and set up dinner on the dock, then boat out to the keys. Play golf nearby, hike or bike the Pinellas Trail that slips through the center of old Tarpon Springs.
With 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, we are set up for a very comfortable relaxed vacation for 4, with a pull-out queen in the living room for the occasional visitor.

This luxury, 3 bedroom waterfront home is on the Gulf of Mexico in a beach and boating community. The home faces west for excellent sunset all year. Fish from your private dock or rent a pontoon boat, sailboat, kayak, john boat or deep sea fishing charter a few blocks from this home.
If you are bringing a boat, there are two boat ramps available to you within one mile of the house. There are davits on the property for your use.
This is a large home in a beautiful waterfront community with everything you need for a great vacation. You might spend your entire day on the Dunedin Causeway, beautiful water on both sides, where everyone does their own thing (fishing, swimming, sleeping, reading, watching, walking, biking, running, kayaking, sailing, whatever). Love the sunset? Pick just about any place nearby, including Dunedin Causeway, Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Park, Crystal Beach (bring your camera, the beauty is calming to the soul). What else? The sponge docks at Tarpon Springs are just north, St Pete to the south, or Tampa to the east. Orlando is less than 2 hours away.
