Totally refreshed for the summer season! The unit is very large, clean and spacious. Each bedroom it's own bath and has it's own thermostat. Each guest can control the temperature of their bedroom. The condo is situated along the Intra-coastal Waterway at the Yacht Club Villas at Barefoot Resort. Our tastefully decorated condo is quiet, spacious and relaxing yet moments away from all the activity of the Grand Strand. From the front balcony, you can see the Atlantic Ocean in the distance and everything in between. An amazing sight. On the premises there is a Restaurant on site along the waterway and the Barefoot Marina with boat rentals and wave runners in addition to the huge Barefoot pool. There is ample open space to set up a volleyball court or room for other outdoor activities

This 2nd floor villa is gorgeous, spacious and convenient to all Myrtle Beach attractions. This three bedroom and three bath villa is located in a secluded area, yet only a short walk to the beach. It has been professionally decorated, in a tasteful tropical & contemporary theme and includes all the necessary amenities to make this your home away from home.
The living area features ample seating, flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining room seats eight. Full kitchen includes: Refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Washer & Dryer is in the condo. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the front guest room has a queen-size bed, and the entry guest room has two twin beds. Each of these three bedrooms has a private bathroom, as well as a TV. A queen size sleeper sofa, in the living area, provides additional sleeping accommodations. Internet for guests is included.

My sister and I purchased this unit on the second floor in this condo building as we enjoy family time as well as getting away to the beach. We love it here because there is something for everyone. The adults enjoy walking to Ocean Annie's(beach bar with great music and dancing).
The kids enjoy going to the Arcade at the foot of the Pier, less than a 10 minute beach walk. Everyone enjoys hanging out at the pool. Grilling out by the pool, fishing on the pier, shopping at Tanger outlet, drinking morning coffee on the balcony, or taking a sunset stroll down the beach are just a few things we enjoy. There's no better place to relax.

Welcome to our luxury beach house with ocean views. We don’t approach this house as a typical house on a rental program. First, we manage the property ourselves. Second, we know vacations are important family times together and our guests have certain expectations. We want each of our guests to have an experience that would lead them to want to return and/or tell others. For that reason, we constantly keep the house fresh with updated paint, furniture and amenities, on a schedule more frequent than most other homes in the area. We know vacations include time indoors as well as outdoors and this home will accommodate both well. Sit back on one of our 4 decks and enjoy a view of the ocean, pool, or just a nice place to read a book. This house, a short walk from beach, is one of the nicest at the beach. Ask about booking both sides and sleep 30-35 people.
