Make yourself at home in our oceanfront vacation condo. Our Sand Dollar Ocean Retreat Condo is privately owned, and remodeling was completed in June of 2020 after Hurricane Harvey. We are located in the Island Retreat Resort. The Resort Amenities are open. When picking up your parking pass at the office, A waiver will need to be signed until minor reconstruction is completed.
Your 2 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home easily sleeps 7, has a fully equipped kitchen for full meals or handy snacking. The open dining and living area leads to the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation. The balcony has seating for enjoying the view of the well maintained pool and property including a view of the ocean over the sand dunes.

The entrance to Coral Cay 206 is private therefor, crowding is at a minimum and Check-In and Check-Out is contactless. Our cleaning staff, besides their normal cleaning procedures, are also completing additional CDC recommended disinfectant protocols and there is hand soap in each of the bathrooms for your convenience.

The house is located in Mustang Royale, one of the most vibrant and colorful neighborhoods in Port Aransas. It sits in a cul-de-sac off the beaten track but provides access to a community pool just a few houses away.
You can't beat this view! Every bedroom in the main house opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Texas gulf so that you can fall asleep listening to the waves. Plus, we have a beautiful studio apartment on the bottom floor that will sleep up to 4 . Enjoy the sunrise from one of the two huge back decks and see the sun set from the front deck. The secluded bottom patio provides a private seating area, grill, and outdoor shower. There is even a professional massage table on site!
