King bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest bedroom, Extra Long Twin Bunks built into the hallway, & brand new Serta Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Covid-19 Pandemic: Family groups (even in high season July) have always enjoyed social distancing on our large and long beach. Our unit and condo complex, always clean in the past, currently receive enhanced cleaning.

Heavily wooded area directly on the water, secluded, but with amnenities within easy reach. Pensacola and Gulf Shores with the famous sugar sand are a 35 minute drive away. Great water view. New amusement park is a 20 minute drive. Cottage is behind main house about 100 feet from the water.
Newly installed fishing reef out in front. Have a drink in the shade of ancient live oaks right next to the sea wall. Shaiiow water safe for children nice quiet atmosphere, with shallow water and clean sand bottom.
