The home is a private guesthouse that is situated on the property behind the main house with partial lake views from the screened porch. Located 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park which has a large public swim area/beach, picnic areas and more. 10 minutes by water from Hooks Marina and Brown’s Landing. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, water sports and great fishing while relaxing at this cozy country getaway.

Looking for a unique getaway? Our home is completely over water, has all the amenities you need and is fully furnished with rustic, cottage-style decor. The kitchen-dining-family room area has an open floor plan with wall to wall windows showing panoramic views of the lake. You can enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from our living room. There is 1 king sized bed and 2 queen sized sofa-sleepers in main living area. Do you have more than 6 guests? No worries, there is a "tiny house" available for an extra fee of $100 per night. The "tiny house" has 4 bunk beds and 1 couch bed - no bathroom. Send me a message that you would like to add the "tiny house" to your stay and the $100 fee will be added to your account upon check-in. Bring your pole and let's go fishing! Quiet neighborhood with little traffic to stretch legs for walk or run. Relax on front porch with a good book or just view the lake. There is plenty of off road parking for boat and trailer with carport for vehicle. Two restaurants with land and water access. This property does not have lake access but has an amazing view. There is a boat launch at the marina 3 miles from the house.
